Threat Assessment joint report by EUIPO/EUROPOL
The Threat Assessment report on Intellectual Property Crime is jointly produced with Europol. It details the trends and main threats related to IP crime in Europe, based on intelligence collected from EU enforcement authorities. IP crime is often detected alongside a wide range of illicit products; this report is structured to provide insights on the main commodities affected: clothes, accessories, luxury goods, and piracy, because of the large scale of the problem, but also other commodities that could be dangerous to consumers such as electronic/electrical devices, mobile phones and components, perfumes and cosmetic products, food and drinks, pharmaceutical products, pesticides, tobacco products, and toys.
