Online Publications – The IP Online Journal

As from the 12th of February 2021, the trademark procedure has changed and it is now possible for a third party to submit an opposition to the registration of a trademark within 90 days following the date of publication of the trademark in the IP Online Journal in line with Subsidiary Legislation (SL) 597.04 entitled Trademark Rules​. 


The IP Online Journal is issued on a weekly basis on the first working day of the week.  The first online journal was issued on Monday 25 February 2019.
